These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the Yomo Laundry mobile application and the website https://yomolaundry.com, owned and operated by Metastore Private Limited.

By accessing or using the Yomo Laundry App or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About the Platform

Metastore Private Limited owns and operates the Yomo Laundry App and yomolaundry.com. Yomo Laundry is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables laundry service providers to manage their business operations, including orders, customers, billing, and reporting. Metastore Private Limited does not provide laundry services directly to end customers.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the platform. Laundry service providers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.

3. Account Registration

Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities carried out under your account.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes. You shall not:

Misuse the platform
Attempt unauthorized access
Upload malicious code
Use the platform to violate applicable laws

5. Subscription & Payments

The platform may be offered under paid or trial subscription plans. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be communicated separately. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

6. Data Ownership

Laundry service providers retain ownership of their business and customer data. Metastore Private Limited acts as a data processor solely for providing the service.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, logos, and content related to Yomo Laundry are the intellectual property of Metastore Private Limited. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues may cause temporary downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

Metastore Private Limited shall not be liable for:

Business losses
Service interruptions
Data loss caused by third-party services
Disputes between laundry providers and their customers

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. Users may discontinue use at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall be the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
